New Construction Landscape Installations

 

The Absolute Land Maintenance team provides new construction landscape installs to residential and commercial builders and general contractors in Wilmington and the surrounding communities.

We provide final grading of the construction site, with our compact tractors using box blades and weighted landscape rakes.  We can also provide coordinated irrigation installation services as a part of the final grading service and process.  Once that process has been completed, we install the required or requested amount of tractor placed Topsoil.  Once topsoil has been placed as needed, we hand rake the screened topsoil preparing for sod installation.  We source our turf grasses from multiple regional sod farms to insure timely delivery and quality to meet the construction deadlines.
