Terms and Collections
We accept Cash, Checks properly made out as instructed, Paypal.
Payment is Due at Time of Service.
Landscape projects require a 60% deposit w/ balance due after installation of materials are completed.
A Mechanic's lien maybe filed on properties when invoices are not paid within 90 days of service.
Past Due Accounts will receive the following charges:
$130 NC Court Cost, Attorneys Fees, Collection Agency Cost, 18% Annual Interest Rate & a $35 Past-Due Monthly Account Service Charge will be applied to all past-due accounts of 60 days or more.
An account is past due when any service has not been paid for 31 days after the service has been performed.
Interest starts on the 31st day at 1.5% per month.
A Small Claims Action may be started on past due accounts.
Past Due Accounts maybe turned over to a collection agency.
Past Due Accounts may get a vegetative load of prunings or yard debris dumped on property serviced, if invoices are not paid within six months of service date. If you get Dumped On consider your invoice paid in full.
Requesting or Authorizing our services means you have read and agree to our terms.
If services are canceled at anytime, the balance on the account must be paid in the month ended.
Services must be cancelled 48 hrs in advance by Emailing ALM the desired changes in service.
Our teams use great care while servicing your property. However if lawn service has been requested ALM is not responsible for things like scalped grass buy weed eater or mower, mail box/light post weeder string marks, damage to phone/internet/tv/hvac/sprinkler wires or any other services into or on the structure that the weed eater string can come into contact with. It's the property owners responsibility to properly shield these items.
Above ground pools, Siding that is to low to the ground on the House or Shed or Out Buildings that becomes damaged by weeder string is not the responsibility of of Absolute Land Maintenance.
ALM is not responsible for Sprinkler Heads that are damaged by the lawn mower. More often than not sprinkler heads do not retract back like they are designed to do because they become filled with sand/dirt or crack due to freezing sometime in the year. Sometimes the heads have been set to high or raised.
ALM is not responsible for picking toys, cans & bottles, power cords, yard tools or moving lawn furniture.
